Total Training Seminars FAQ
What do I need to bring?
You should bring comfortable clothes for exercise, closed toe athletic shoes, towel, water bottle, money for lunch and parking (where applicable), photo id, and registration confirmation. No locker rooms will be available.
Will I actually be working out or are these courses just lectures?
Except for the Personal Training Business section, all courses are full participation, hands-on and interactive.
When can I check in at the registration desk?
Registration is from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 a.m. The first course will begin at 7:30 a.m.
What will I receive once I check in?
Upon check in, you will receive a goody bag, a name badge, and a course booklet. Name badges should be worn at all times to identify you as a Total Training Seminar attendee in order to be admitted to sessions.
Can I get extra copies of the booklet?
Yes, extra booklets are available for a fee of $10. This fee will also apply toward any lost booklets.
What is your refund policy?
Total Training Seminars reserves the right to cancel any educational workshop or course up to 10 days prior to the event due to lack of registration. In the event a Total Training Seminar is canceled, you will be contacted via e-mail and/or personal phone call, and any paid registration fees will be returned in full. If you decide to cancel your registration, Total Training Seminars will refund 100% of registration fees up to 14 days prior to the event. After the cut-off period has passed, a $25 administrative fee will be charged and the remaining balance of the workshop fee will be refunded.
Is there a separate price if I just want to take a couple of courses?
Total Training Seminars are offered as a package. Courses cannot be purchased individually. Should you choose to attend fewer than all six of the courses offered, you will still be required to pay the full registration fee.
Do you have a policy on cell phones and cameras or camcorders?
Cell phones are permitted, but please put them on vibrate to avoid any class disruptions. No flash or still photography or video will be permitted in the classrooms. These courses contain copy written materials.
Where do I get my CEC/CEU certificate for the Total Training Seminar?
Your certificate will be signed and handed to you at the end of the day.
Are children permitted?
For safety and liability reasons, children under the age of 18 are not permitted at the seminar. No exceptions!
